Methods of Payment

There are four options for payment of your orthodontic fee.

 

1) Payment in full at the start of treatment:

You may deduct 5% from the fee if paid by check/cash or 3% if paid by Visa or MasterCard due to the savings in clerical and administrative costs.

 

2) Payment over 12 months:

25% of the fee is paid when treatment begins. Eleven monthly payments are made to complete payment of the entire fee within 12 months. There are no finance or interest charges.

 

3) Payment over 21 months:

5% is added to the total fee to reflect inflation, clerical and collection costs. 20% is paid when treatment begins, followed by 20 monthly payments.

 

4) Third party financing:

No initial payment is required with the total fee paid over 36 to 48 months at a competitive interest rate, administrered by the Orthodontic Fee Plan (OFP). Please call 1-800-637-3393 for information or to apply.

Insurance

 

In order to be able to accept all different types of insurance, we make financial arrangements directly with the responsible party and then have your insurance reimburse you directly. In order to facilitate this process, we will help you submit all necessary paperwork to your insurance for their approval.
